Mr. Sachinder Bhinder

Sachinder Bhinder is Managing Director & CEO of Aavas Financiers. He has been with Aavas as CEO of MSME business since 2019. Mr Bhinder has over 25 years of experience with leadership roles in P & L Management, Business Development, Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Compliance & Governance with Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Lombard GIC, Standard Chartered and HDFC Limited. Prior to Aavas, Mr. Bhinder was with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited for 16 years as Executive Vice President & Business Head (Home Finance) where he built ~INR 40,000 cr book comprising of Home Loans, LAP, Rural & Affordable Housing. He also set up Cross Sell business for Kotak's retail asset products: Working Capital (Retail SME & MSME), Business Loans, LAS and Credit Cards. Mr. Bhinder is an Engineer, MBA and MRICS (Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

Mr. Ghanshyam Rawat

Mr. Ghanshyam Rawat has been instrumental in laying the foundation of Credit Management Services at Aavas Financiers, with a process-driven approach that is aligned to the interest of the investors. His focus has always been on giving consistent investment performance and maintaining high levels of transparency and disclosures with the investors. He is empathetic, soft spoken and believes in impactful and sustainable community development.

Mr. Ramchandra Kasargod Kamath

Mr. Ramchandra Kasargod Kamath

Mr. Ramchandra Kasargod Kamath holds a massive and diverse experience as a banker. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and is an honorary Fellow of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. His associations with banks include holding a position of General Manager with Corporation Bank, the Chairman and Managing Director with Punjab National Bank & Allahabad Bank and an Executive Director of Bank of India.

Mr. Vivek Vig

Mr. Vivek Vig has recently had deep associations with several reputed banks in the country as a banker. He served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Destimoney Enterprises Limited, as the Country-Head at Centurion Bank of Punjab and as one of the Directors on the Board of PNB Housing Finance Limited.

Mr. Ashutosh Atre

Mr. Ashutosh Atre

He holds a Diploma in Finance from NMIMS and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from M.P Board of Technical Education with an experience of around 31 years. Previously, he has worked with Equitas Housing Finance Private Limited, Equitas Micro Finance India Private Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Personal Financial Services Company Limited, Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Limited, Apple Industries Limited and Sanghi Brothers (Indore) Limited.

Mr. Sharad Pathak

Mr. Sharad Pathak has over nine years of experience in the corporate sector. He is passionate about philanthropy and welfare of the society. At Aavas Foundation, he is involved in program conceptualization & identification, compliance, auditing, stakeholder management, as well as monitoring and field visits.
