Mr. Sachinder Bhinder
Mr. Sachinder Bhinder
Sachinder Bhinder is Managing Director & CEO of Aavas Financiers. He has been with Aavas as CEO of MSME business since 2019. Mr Bhinder has over 25 years of experience with leadership roles in P & L Management, Business Development, Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Compliance & Governance with Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Lombard GIC, Standard Chartered and HDFC Limited. Prior to Aavas, Mr. Bhinder was with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited for 16 years as Executive Vice President & Business Head (Home Finance) where he built ~INR 40,000 cr book comprising of Home Loans, LAP, Rural & Affordable Housing. He also set up Cross Sell business for Kotak's retail asset products: Working Capital (Retail SME & MSME), Business Loans, LAS and Credit Cards. Mr. Bhinder is an Engineer, MBA and MRICS (Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

Mrs. Neha Sureka serves as Principal & Member of Operations Team at CVC Capital Partners, based in Mumbai. Prior to joining CVC, she spent nearly a decade building digital and technology first businesses, and scaling them up at Aditya Birla Finance and Bharti Airtel in India. Neha started out in her professional career, as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company where she primarily served consumer-facing clients and tech services businesses for over six years. She holds her Masters in Management as well as undergrad degree as a Computer Science Engineer from the University of Mumbai.
Mr. Rohit Ranjan
Mr. Rohit Ranjan
Mr. Rohit Ranjan is a distinguished leader in banking and financial services, with over four decades of experience spanning global and Indian institutions. Over a 25-year tenure at Citibank India, Mr. Ranjan held several senior leadership roles where he gained deep expertise in governance, compliance, risk management, audit oversight, and shareholder value creation. His leadership spanned consumer finance, SME banking, Priority Sector Lending, (PSL), and retail lending. Most recently, Mr. Rajan has served as President – Retail Lending at Axis Bank, where he led the transformation and expansion of the retail lending portfolio, with a strategic focus on affordable housing and loans against property (LAP). His efforts drove significant growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. He has pursued M.B.A (Finance), from Anderson School of Management, University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA and Bachelor’s in Arts (Economic Honors) from University of Delhi in 1983.

Mr. Ghanshyam Rawat is the President & Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He is associated with the Company since 2013. He presently heads our Finance and Treasury, Accounts, Internal Audit, Compliance, Budget and Analytics departments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Rajasthan University and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He received the best “CA-CFO for the year” award under the category “Emerging Corporate (BFSI)” by ICAI in the 13th ICAI awards held on January 14, 2020 at Mumbai. He has been previously associated with First Blue Home Finance Limited, Accenture India Private Limited and Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Limited. Further, he has also worked with Pan Asia Industries Limited and Indo Rama Synthetics (I) Limited.

Mr. Anshul holds certification in Business Management from IIM Calcutta. He has diverse experience of about 34 years in multiple leadership positions in the Indian army and financial sector. Mr. Bhargava has hands on experience in managing change, transforming businesses and accelerating business growth. Having contributed immensely to the people agenda, He has been recognized through multiple coveted awards. Prior to joining us, he was Director (Human Resource), Power System Operation Corporation Limited and Chief People Officer, PNB Housing Finance Ltd.

Mr. Selvin Uthaman
Mr. Selvin Uthaman is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience specifically in Affordable Home Loans, SME Loans, Retail Operations, Business development and Financial product management. In his last role he served as the National Sales Head for Affordable Home Loans at Axis Bank. Selvin has a proven track record of setting strategic direction, driving sales and enhancing business margins though meticulous long-term planning. He has also held significant positions at India Infoline Finance Ltd. (IIFL) as the National Sales Head (SME Loans), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., and Dewan Housing. His expertise spans across various retail asset products including home loan, loan against property, education loan, business loan, personal loan and loan against securities.
