Before the installation of the Traffic Police Assistance Booth, Kumar and his colleagues faced severe hardships. Traffic personnel endure long, gruelling hours stationed at intersections across extreme seasons—from scorching summer heat and heavy monsoon rains to freezing winter conditions. They previously had no access to basic amenities like a sheltered resting space, clean drinking water, or a designated area for short breaks. The continuous physical strain of prolonged standing frequently caused painful health issues, including leg swelling. The new assistance booth has completely transformed his daily working conditions. Located right at the busy junction, this functional, sheltered space is fully equipped with essential facilities, including proper seating, lighting, ventilation, and a water dispenser. It provides much-needed physical relief and a comfortable place to take brief rest intervals. Kumar notes that the booth significantly supports his daily responsibilities. While it does not replace standard law enforcement tools, it offers a supportive environment that allows traffic police to manage their duties effectively.

Ultimately, this Jaipur intervention demonstrates how solar infrastructure drives both operational and financial efficiency in public healthcare settings. Beyond cutting expenditures, the project has enhanced energy reliability across the premises and advanced environmental sustainability through clean energy adoption.
To escape low-paying farm labour in Madhya Pradesh, Salim Khan migrated to Ahmedabad with his wife, Noori Behn, and their children. While Salim found factory work and Noori took up stone-filling, balancing long hours with childcare became overwhelming for the family. Hope arrived when they enrolled their five-year-old twins, Swaraj and Dishad, at the Muskan Barot Vas Balwadi Centre in Vatva. Initially, the children faced severe separation anxiety, crying and refusing to participate in group activities. The younger twin particularly struggled to stay away from the older sibling. Recognising their distress, the centre staff provided dedicated, individual attention. Through toys, gentle reassurance, and a consistent routine, the teachers built a secure environment. They also partnered closely with the parents to align support at home. Today, Swaraj and Dishad are thriving, cheerful participants who stay engaged from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They communicate confidently, interact well with peers, and have adopted excellent health and hygiene habits, including gaining healthy weight. With her children safe and flourishing, Noori Behn now works with total peace of mind and proudly participates in centre meetings.
