Mr. Satyajeet Tewary heads the CSR at Aavas. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of CSR and sustainable development. Mr. Tewary has hands on experience in leading diverse CSR projects and programs. Prior joining to us, he has worked with companies and organizations like Anmol Industries Limited, Adani Enterprises Limited, HCL Foundation, BAIF Institute of Rural Development, and Self Reliant Initiative Through Joint Action (SRIJAN). He holds his Masters in Rural Management from Xaviers Institute of Social Service (XISS) Ranchi.

Mr. Avadhesh Kumar Joshi leads CSR operations and program management at Aavas. He has over 15 years of diversified experience in community development and CSR project management. He was previously associated with various national and international organizations like Educate Girls, Bharti Foundation, and Mayur Uniquoters Ltd. He holds a Bachelors degree in law and a Masters degree in Social Work.

Mr. Amit Vyas is a passionate development professional with over 12 years of experience in community development and society welfare. Mr. Vyas looks after the CSR projects and manages the office functions at Aavas Foundation. He holds a Master’s degree in Labour Welfare Economics. Prior joining to Aavas, he was associated with H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, and Bharti Foundation.

Mr. Sourav Kumar leads CSR operations and program management at Aavas. He has over 9 years of diversified experience with core competencies in CSR project management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Due Diligence, Policy & SOPs Formulation, Partnership Development, Training & Development and other skills. He was previously associated with HCL Foundation. He holds his Masters in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) Ranchi and Bachelors in Accounts from St. Xaviers, Ranchi.

Ms. Nikita Agarwal is a passionate Accounts Professional with over 4 Years of experience in field of Accounts & Finance. She holds a M.COM degree and qualified CMA Inter. She is involved in Accounts & Taxation work in CSR like project accounting, payments, bookkeeping of accounts, funds utilization, taxation, and audit of accounts. Prior Joining to Aavas she was associated with Greenwings Innovative Finance Private Limited, Legal Care & Consultants, and Sandeep Goyal & Company.
