Aavas Foundation contributed in setting up of the first Food Safety and Quality Control Lab (FSQC Lab) at Akshaya Patra, Jaipur for preparation of mid-day meals.

This lab is equipped modern technology and high-precision testing instruments for checking food products right from the farm to the plate. The Foundation also helped Akshay Patra with arranging for a food distribution van for better implementation of the program.
