In response to Covid-second wave in the State of Rajasthan, Aavas Foundation placed ordered about 50,000 masks from Gram Siddhi women, thus providing them with a source of livelihood in these challenging times. Not only our Gram Siddhi women, but their students learning silai from them also participated in mask making. So far, 15,000 masks have been received this month and they are being distributed to the community.We are in constant touch with the women making these masks, to procure all the 50,000 masks soon and distribute the same within the community.
