The second wave of Covid-19 in India left hospitals overwhelmed, leading to extensive shortage of oxygen supplies. In this hour of need, Aavas Foundationhas donated 4 oxygen concentrators to the community in Chomu area, Jaipur. Aavas has also have procured 10 more oxygen concentrators to set up Aavas Oxygen Bank, which will be available for the community whenever need arises. Apart from this, Aavashas also provided 30 oxygen cylinders to support the Rural Development Trust (RDT) in Andhra Pradesh, a hospital which has suspended all its operations and converted itself into a Covid center for fighting the sudden upsurge in Covid cases.
